Refund policy

At The Fern event venue, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your event. While we strive to be as accommodating as possible, we do not offer refunds for event bookings.

Instead, if you need to cancel your booking, we can offer you the opportunity to reschedule your event for a later date that works better for you. Please note that rescheduling is subject to availability and any price differences for the new event date.

In the event that we need to cancel your event booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other events outside of our control, we will work with you to reschedule your event or provide you with a credit for a future booking.
